Your data deserves the same care we give your credit report
We're clear about how we handle your personal and financial information, so you can focus on rebuilding your score without worrying about what happens to your data.
What information do we collect from you?
We collect the details you share when you sign up and update your membership, from your name and contact information to your credit report data and dispute history.
Your data drives a precise dispute process
The details you share fund the disputes we file on your behalf. We use your information to identify inaccurate items and push for corrections with the bureaus.
How disputes reach Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
When you file a dispute through 800CreditClub, we submit it directly to the three major bureaus on your behalf. Each bureau receives the same detailed challenge, so a removal on one report can be used to push the other two.
We don't sell your information. That's not our business model.
Your data funds our disputes, never outside data brokers. We only access the three bureaus needed for credit work, and we never trade or lease consumer files to third parties.
